The former Brotfabrik in Gransee is a building from the 1970s, featuring spacious, light-filled rooms and set within extensive grounds at the edge of the industrial area, surrounded by fields. As a foundation, we see considerable potential to use the building and the site as a cultural and production hub. For this reason, we have secured and cleared the property.

We are now looking for individuals, organisations or groups with a clear plan for its use and a viable financing strategy, who wish to take on and develop the site. Various scenarios, from purchase to long-term lease, are possible.
